![]() Efficiency What is it? Efficiency is the balance between the form of an object and its function. If the form of an object (like a building or a car) is well suited to its function, the that object is said to be highly efficient. Give me an example! Have you ever heard someone talk about cars in terms of fuel efficiency? A car that is designed to travel more miles on a gallon of gasoline (or is rated at a higher number of miles per gallon) is higher in efficiency because it saves the driver money at the gas pump!
