Entropy What is it? Entropy is the scientific measurement of the change in the randomness or disorder in a chemical system as the result of a reaction. A positive change in entropy means the system is less ordered after the reaction than it was before. Give me an example! Have you ever watched an ice cube melt at room temperature?
