  • Greenwich Mean Time

    What is it?

Greenwich Mean Time is the mean solar time of the Prime Meridian, and is used as the prime basis of standard time throughout the world.

    Give me an example!

Greenwich Mean Time (or GMT) refers to the first time zone of the 24 regions of the globe (loosely divided by longitude). GMT is the Universal Time (or UTC) for the world!
